Reservation and cancellation politics

The pousada will confirm your reservation only after previous payment of 50% of total amount.
Medium-low season (holidays exluded)
(march, april, may, june, september and october)

Until 15 days before check-in date: cancellation could be made without costs if converted to “hospitality credit” which could be:

.1. transferred to another person
.2. being used within 1 (one) year, from the cancellation date
.3. the values agreed when the reservation is done will not be valid for the new dates and could suffer changes, depending on the new period chosen.

Less than 15 days from check-in date: there will be no refund of the amount

already paied for the reservation

High season, holidays and special dates.
(january, february, july, august, november and december)

Until 30 days before check-in date: cancellation could be made without costs if converted to “hospitality credit” which could be:

.1. transferred to another person
.2. being used within 1 (one) year, from the cancellation date
.3. the values agreed when the reservation is done will not be valid for the new dates and could suffer changes, depending on the new period chosen.

Less than 30days from check-in date: there will be no refund of the amount

already paied for the reservation

NO SHOW: it means that the guest does not show at check-in date. The room will be available for 24 hours; after this period the reservation will be automatically cancelld and the same cancellation politic will be applied.
Once the check-in is done, should the guest decide to leave the pousada, before or during the stay, there will be no refund of the amount already paied. It will be also applied a 30% fine, based on the amount still to be paied

NOTE: when the guest cancels the last night, and he has booked only two nights, the value of the second night will be charged in full because the minimum night we booked is two.
Holiday Packages / Commemorative Dates: If the guest ends the stay of the contracted package before the scheduled date, will pay the full amount of the package.
New Year’s Eve and Carnival will be charged 100% in case of cancellation.
We do not accept animals

Regarding transport and tours: The Pousada reserves the right not to be responsible for the quality of services provided by third parties, such as buggy, tour guides, 4×4 transport and tour bus.
